Our rates are for weekly stays and depend on the season. We can also accommodate shorter stays during some periods, so contact us with your specific dates to know the total cost for your stay.

High season: From April 11 to 14, from July 4 to September 4
Mid season: from May 30 to July 3, from September 5 to October 2
Low season: All remaining periods
The prices above are for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday and include bed and bath linen (with weekly change), water usage, electricity, kitchen gas, taxes, and use of the swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30), logs for the fireplace and a visit to the cellars and wine tasting of the estate's products.
It is also possible to rent the apartments for a minimum of 3 days (except during July and August).

Terms of service
- Heating: paid extra – € 9 per day for the Cipressi and Oleandri apartments, € 7 per day for the Bosso, Tiglio and Rosmarino apartments;
- Extra bed: € 80 / week in high season, € 60 / week in the mid season and € 40 / week in the low season;
- Extra small child bed: € 30 / week;
- Check-in: Saturday between 2 and 7 p.m. (unless you make different arrangements);
- Check-out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure;
- To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required to be paid either by bank transfer or credit card. The balance of the cost of your stay is to be paid on arrival;
- The client is obliged to pay a security deposit upon arrival of € 300 for the Cipressi and Oleandri apartments, € 200 for the Bosso, Tiglio and Rosmarino apartments, as a guarantee against any possible damage to property or its equipment and furniture.
Cancellations
If a client for whatever reason has to cancel a booking, he/she will have the right to a refund of the paid amount after deducting the penalty fee based on when the cancellation takes place:
- 10% of the total booking price in the cancellation occurs from the first day after the booking has been made until 45 days prior to the beginning of the rental period;
- 30% for cancellations occurring between 46 and 29 days prior to the beginning of the rental period;
- 45% for cancellations occurring between 28 and 15 days prior to the beginning of the rental period;
- 60% for cancellations occurring between 14 and 8 days prior to the beginning of a booking period;
- 90% for cancellations occurring within the last 7 days before the arrival date.
